Here at The Wooden Spoon we strive to make meals that truly stand out. While other meal preppers rely heavily on pre-made ingredients, we make most of our food by hand including soups, salads, dressing, sauces, proteins, etc..

With us we feel that not only should you have the choice in what you eat, but also the choice in what your food comes in. We offer Glass, Plastic and Kraft Paper

Glass must be cleaned and returned to be reused.

When you eat with us, expect to be treated like family. We are caring and compassionate with a strong desire that everyone gets their needs met. Inform us of any specifics you think we should know and we will do our best to work around it. If you're not satisfied and we can make it right we WILL make it right!
How it works
No Subscription Necessary
With us we understand that you may not always need food delivered. You are free to subscribe or order however you choose.
For all orders we do require a $45 order minimum to cover cost of delivery.
Choose from our menu or complete the Sign-up Form for a more custom meal plan catered to your needs
We offer a diverse menu that will always be growing, but can also work with anyone to craft a meal plan specific to them.
Custom Meal Plans will include on and off menu items made to fit any specific diet/needs you may have.
We Prep and Deliver your food
From there we make your meals and account for any dietary preferences. We then deliver them to you on Tuesdays or Wednesdays.
As we grow so will our delivery days
